Why am I having trouble logging in?

Following the migration to Thesis Unit Trust Management (Tutman), users will need to re-register for online access using their newly assigned account number. Please check the letter issued to you in July 2025 for this account number.

You can still register using the same email address and password as you used previously.

If you are still experiencing trouble logging in to your account this could be for one of the following reasons: 

  • An incorrect/invalid Address
  • You are now a non-UK Resident
  • Your log in details are incorrect/invalid
